Wild Game Hours:

** Wild Game drop off ends 4PM Daily. 

Arrival Procedures:

To ensure a smooth process for the customer. Please follow the procedures below when dropping off your (boneless) Wild Game.

  1. Make sure you have a valid tag for the de-boned (boneless) animal trim or a bill of sale or invoice from a private property hunt.
  2. Come into the store without the de-boned (boneless) animal trim and alert us that you’re here.
  3. There are many “how to” de-bone your elk or deer videos available on YouTube if you would like to de-bone your animal yourself.
  4. You will be directed to take the de-boned (boneless) animal trim around back at which point it will be unloaded and weighed.
  5. There will be a deposit fee required. This deposit fee will be applied as a credit to your final bill. 
  6. Fees for grind or sausage wanted will be based upon your product selections. Grind starts at $2.00 per pound and sausage goes anywhere from $3.50 to $8.50 per pound.
  7. We can make summer sausage, links, snack sticks, ground burger, patties and brats from your de-boned meat. We can take previously ground meat, roasts, steaks, frozen de-boned game, and de-boned large slabs of meat.
  8. Sausage and grind prices are calculated by finished weight so it will be charged on pickup. 

Butcher Shop Processing fees must be paid in full at the time of drop off. Prices can be obtained by contacting the store 480-917-2525.

Single Batch Wild Game Sausage

Single Batching means that you will get back the meat that you brought in.  

Batching Minimums

Smoked Items Minimum: 

  • 25 lb batches
