Jamaican Mango Burger

This Burger Will Make Your Taste Buds Go Crazy! Von Hanson’s Fresh Ground Beef Blended with Caribbean Sizzle and Tropical Fruit:



  • 1 1/2 Pounds Von Hanson’s Fresh Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • Von Hanson’s Meats Special Spice

Mango Sauce:

  • 1 Large Mango, Peeled, Coarsely Chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Seeded Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice


1) Combine Von Hanson’s Ground Beef and Caribbean Jerk Seasoning in a Bowl. Make four 3/4-Inch Think Patties.

2) Place Patties on Grill Over Medium Heat & Cover For About 13 to 15 Minutes, Turn Occasionally, Until Instant-Read Thermometer Inserted Horizontally into center Registers (160 Degrees F.). Season With Von Hanson’s Meats Special Spice.

3) Top Hamburgers with Mango Sauce & Serve!
