Von Hanson’s Meats Crunchy Bacon casserole

  • 6 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups fried onions

Preheat oven to 350. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8-inch square baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, 1 cups cheese and 1 cup fried onions. Top with remaining potatoes.

Cook time: 25 mins
