Ingredients:
- 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® pre-cooked barbecue beef
- Von Hanson’s BBQ sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
- 4 (10-inch) spinach or sun-dried tomato tortillas
- 1 cup Von Hanson’s coleslaw
Instructions:
- Heat oil in pan; sauté onions and peppers until tender
- Add beef; heat until warm.
- Divide mixture among tortillas, add coleslaw; wrap and serve.
